Day One
Today is day one of my serious workout plan…I’m tired of sitting down and watching my weight go up and then being mad that I can’t look cute in my skinny jeans. Its not about being a size zero, its about feeling good in my skin.  Therefore I woke up early, am drinking some coffee and will be going out for an hour long run.  Workout out this frustration and work into feeling good...
