Merseyside Maritime Museum

The history of Liverpool revolves around the docks that first allowed the city Liverpool to grow into what it is today. Along the Albert’s Dock are several buildings that at once was used for shipping and storage but is now full of several museums including the Maritime Museum and the National Museum of Slavery.

Today, my flatmate and her mom took me to see the biggest Tudor mansion in Liverpool (and I think its the biggest estate in the area but I’m not sure). It was a large property said to have secret passages inside to help hide the Catholics from prosecution during King Henry VIII reign.

Sefton Park

Today I went to the Sefton Park in Liverpool for just a walk around. It
is Beautiful! The Victorian feel is everywhere in this park, and I could’ve sworn that if I just closed my eyes I would travel back to that time.
